Echo of Sacrifice

Our project aims to convey a self-contained, compelling narrative via the development of a 2D action-adventure PC game called Echo of Sacrifice (EoS). The player will role-play a small, angelic creature in pursuit of parts stripped from its previously mortal body, defeating the very corrupt and fallen gods it was sacrificed to while discovering the remnants of its past. Gameplay will feature nonlinear exploration, note collection, combat, and dynamic changes upon the recovery of body parts following successful boss fight interactions, with the goal of which being to completely regain all parts and reach the end of the story.
